Working with school leadership can take various forms, depending on the needs of the school and its staff.
Mentoring is one of the best ways to offer support, either as a subject matter expert, for example finance, or as a critical friend. A mentor will work one-to-one with a head teacher (or other senior leader) sharing experiences and offering solutions from a business perspective.
The learnings can work both ways and school leaders often provide the same role to their business partner.
