iCount brings together GE’s UK volunteering programmes, with wide-ranging projects designed to raise the aspirations and attainment of young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

At a time when nearly 60% of pupils do not achieve five C grades at GCSE, including core subjects such as English and Maths, the support of employers such as GE is vital to ensure that pupils leave school with high self esteem and skills that equip them for work.

GE’s volunteering programmes offer something for everyone, from senior leaders to new hires.
