GE has designed a coaching programme which helps young people to set goals, create a vision of their future and build their self-belief.  The coaching is designed to run over three sessions to suit the volunteer and the school.  The programme is only available where GE has a location and available trained staff.

The Programme

Three sessions which run for about 90 minutes each.  Sessions are lead by a GE trainer with additional volunteers to support individual groups of young people.

Session One - Goals - Defining success, importance of having goals and hot to set them, setting goals practise.

Session Two - Vision - What is a vision, why is visioning important, creating a vision, making Vision Boards.

Session Three - Turning the Vision into Reality - self belief, feeling good, postive statements, strenghts, positive statements

Each session is interacive with a chance for the young people to find out about themselves and build their self esteem.   They will each recieve  a Workbook to go with the sessions which they can use in the future.
