Skill Sharing

This material is from a GE Foundation programme run by ABLAZE and GE Capital Solutions in Bristol.  It involves training a small team, including the head teacher, staff and business volunteers, in the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) process from the Six Sigma toolbox . The team identify a critical issue in the school and use the process to create a measurable improvement.   The project was called Excellence in Bristol Schools.
