Sharing Business Skills

This material is from a GE Foundation programme run by ABLAZE and GE Capital Solutions in Bristol.  The programme involved training school leadership in  business tools using what is known as the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve Control) process.  The school and business worked as a team to use the process to resolve a critical issue for the school

The original project involved three days joint training on the material, but training can be done while working on the project.
