In order for a Reading Partners programme to run effectively, it needs to be set up well.

Both the business and the school will need to allocate someone to oversee the programme and to ensure that both the volunteers and pupils meet at their required times and have productive sessions.  Ideally this should be a member of the non-teaching staff.
