Volunteer Recruitment & Training

The thought of working in schools may be a bit daunting to some. Recent school leavers could be intimidated by going back in another capacity, or that it is a world to which they can't relate as they don't have children of their own.  For some, their school days will be far behind them and their children have grown up and moved on.
Others may be just plain scared!
