School Leadership

Working with school leadership can take various forms, depending on the needs of the school and its staff.

Mentoring is one of the best ways to offer support, either as a subject matter expert, for example finance, or as a critical friend. A mentor will work one-to-one with a head teacher (or other senior leader) sharing experiences and offering solutions from a business perspective.  The learnings can work both ways and school leaders often provide the same role to their business partner.

This opportunity is generally most suited to GE’s leadership team, giving you an opportunity to volunteer at a pace that suits you and your mentee.
