Awards

The true reflection of GE's responsible citizenship is found in the commitment, actions and performance of its people.  There is no better example than GE's volunteers.  Special people who work tirelessly to make our communities vibrant and strong.

GE has a series of awards that are made every year to reward and recognise our people.

Gerald L. Phillippe Awards - presented in memory of the former GE Board Chairman - widely known for his leadership in attacking urban problems and unemployment.  GE selects and honours GE people who are outstanding examples of the spirit of volunteerism.

Impact Awards - The GE Volunteers impact awards were established to recognise exemplary projects managed by GE Volunteer councils. 

UK and Ireland Citizenship Awards - Celebrating the achievements of local individuals and teams who have demonstrated exceptional commitment in one of seven Citizenship categories.
